Tried the Salt Room for the first time today on a whim. I showed up without having an appointment (you are supposed to have one), but they offered me the next available spot that day which happened to be in 25 minutes. In the meantime, they made me feel comfortable and at home by giving a tour and showing me around. It was relaxing- fell asleep so can’t tell you too much about the 45 minutes in there 🙂 At the end, I was given recommendations based on the conditions I mentioned wanting to heal. I will be back soon!
